Section 19-801 - "Problem gambler" defined
In this subtitle, "problem gambler" means an individual:
(1) Who is preoccupied chronically and progressively with gambling and the urge to gamble; and(2) Whose gambling behavior compromises, disrupts, or damages the individual's personal, family, or vocational pursuits.
