Section 18-1101 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Fund" means the Academic Health Center Immunotherapy Research Fund.(c) "Statewide academic health center" means: (1) The University of Maryland Medical System Corporation, the University of Maryland Medical School, and the University of Maryland, Baltimore Campus; or(2) The Johns Hopkins University and the Johns Hopkins Health Systems.Added by 2018 Md.
