Section 17-2A-11 - Violations; penalties(a) A person that violates any provision of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to: (1) A fine not exceeding $100 for the first offense; and(2) A fine not exceeding $500 for each subsequent conviction for a violation of the same provision.(b) Each day on which a violation occurs is a separate violation under this section.
