Section 17-2A-06 - Application for license(a) An applicant for a license shall submit an application to the Secretary on the form that the Secretary requires.(b) An application for a license to operate a forensic laboratory shall include: (1) The name of the operator or owner;(2) The tests or examinations that the forensic laboratory would provide; and(3) Any other information that the Secretary requires.Amended by 2018 Md.
