Section 15-1002 - [Abrogated 10/1/2030] Program established(a) There is a Senior Prescription Drug Assistance Program.(b) The purpose of the Program is to provide Medicare Part D beneficiaries, who meet Program eligibility requirements, with a State subsidy.(c) The Department shall administer the Program.Amended by 2024 Md.
