Section 10-502 - Rules and regulations(a) The Secretary shall adopt rules and regulations for licensing private, inpatient facilities.(b) The rules and regulations shall ensure that care and treatment of individuals who have a mental disorder are provided in accordance with the policy stated in Subtitle 1 of this title.
