Section 7-415 - Thurgood Marshall Day(a) The Governor annually shall proclaim July 2 as Thurgood Marshall Day.(b) The proclamation shall urge educational and cultural organizations to observe Thurgood Marshall Day properly.Renumbered from § -7-414 by 2023 Md.
