Section 1-303 - Computation of age(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, an individual attains a specified age on the day of the anniversary of the individual's birth.(b) An individual born on February 29 attains a specified age on March 1 of any year that is not a leap year.Added by 2014 Md.
