Section 1-210 - Severability(a) Except as otherwise provided, the provisions of all statutes enacted after July 1, 1973, are severable.(b) The finding by a court that part of a statute is unconstitutional or void does not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the statute, unless the court finds that the remaining valid provisions alone are incomplete and incapable of being executed in accordance with the legislative intent.Added by 2014 Md.
