Section 13-1006 - Quorum; required vote; meetings; compensation(a) Five members of the Authority are a quorum.(b) Actions of the Authority must receive the affirmative vote of at least four members.(c) The Authority shall determine the times and places of its meetings.(d) A member of the Authority:(1) May not receive compensation; but(2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
