Section 5-4C-04 - Confidentiality(a) Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, or pursuant to a court order, the Administration may not disclose information contained in the Registry.(b) The Administration shall retain affidavits and other information collected concerning a registrant until the date specified by the registrant, or for 99 years after the date of registration, whichever occurs first.
