Section 13.5-103 - Communications between Maryland court and court of another state(a)(1) A court of this State may communicate with a court in another state concerning a proceeding arising under this title.(2) The court may allow the parties to participate in a communication described in paragraph (1) of this subsection.(3)(i) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (b) of this section, the court shall make a record of the communication.(ii) A record described in this paragraph may be limited to the fact that the communication occurred.(b) A court communicating with a court in another state under this section may communicate concerning schedules, calendars, court records, and other administrative matters without making a record.
