Section 12-302 - Application(a) This subtitle applies only to a person that accepts public campaign financing under: (1) Title 15 of this article; or(2) § 13-505 of this article.(b) A person may accept a donation or make a disbursement relating to a contested election only if the person:(1) establishes a contested election committee; and(2) discloses the donations and disbursements in accordance with this subtitle.Added by 2022 Md.
