Section 11-1302 - Program established; purpose(a) There is a James W. Hubbard Inclusive Higher Education Grant Program.(b) The Program shall award competitive grants to institutions of higher education to develop and implement programs that provide inclusive higher education opportunities for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Added by 2017 Md.
