Section 11-1101 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Nonprofit organization" means an organization that is exempt or eligible for exemption from taxation under § 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.(c) "Program" means the Maryland Higher Education Outreach and College Access Program.Amended without change by 2022 Md.
