Section 9.5-602 - Creation; power to contract(a) There is a Child Care Quality Incentive Grant Program administered by the Department.(b) To administer direct incentive grants to child care providers, the Department may contract with other State agencies and nonprofit organizations.Amended by 2016 Md.
