Section 7-429 - Testing and inspection of well water for bacteria in Howard County(a) This section applies only in Howard County.(b) The county board shall cause to be conducted a test and inspection of the water for bacteria in each public school in the county that is served by well water.(c) On receipt of the results of each test and inspection, the county board shall post the information on its public website.
