Section 5-410 - Quorum; meetings; compensation(a)(1) Five members of the Authority are a quorum.(2) An affirmative vote of at least four members is needed for the Authority to act.(b) The Authority shall determine the times and places of its meetings.(c) A member of the Authority:(1) is not entitled to compensation as a member of the Authority; but(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
