Section 11-918 - State Victims of Crime Fund - Audit; disbursements(a) The Fund is subject to an audit by the Office of Legislative Audits under § 2-1220 of the State Government Article.(b) Disbursements from the Fund shall supplement and may not be a substitute for any State, local government, or other funds existing on July 1, 1991, for assistance to crime victims or witnesses.
