Section 5-908 - Penalties; regulations(a) The Department may impose a civil penalty in an amount not exceeding $1,000 for each violation of this title.(b) The Department shall adopt regulations to set standards for the imposition of penalties under this section.(c) The Department shall remit a penalty imposed under this section to the General Fund of the State.Added by 2018 Md.
