Section 13-709 - Regulations(a) The county commissioners may adopt regulations to govern:(1) the conduct or play of bingo;(2) the issuance of bingo licenses;(3) the setting of fees for bingo licenses; and(4) the determination of the election districts and precincts in which bingo may be conducted.(b) In adopting regulations, the county commissioners shall ensure uniform application as to:(1) the determination of the districts and precincts in which bingo may be conducted; and
