Section 13-703 - Gaming events(a) Before an organization may conduct a gaming event, the organization shall obtain a permit from the county commissioners.(b) An organization may conduct a gaming event in the county if the organization is: (1) a volunteer fire company; or(2) a bona fide: (i) religious organization;(ii) fraternal organization;(iii) civic organization;(iv) war veterans' organization; or(v) charitable organization.(c)(1) The permit shall state: (i) the nature of any gaming device to be operated at the gaming event; and(ii) the frequency with which the gaming event will be conducted.(2) The county commissioners may charge a reasonable fee for a permit.
