Section 13-501 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Commissioner" means the Baltimore City Police Commissioner.(c) "Gaming event" means a carnival, bazaar, or raffle.(d) "Raffle" means one or more drawings from a single series of chances sold from chance books.
