Section 13-2006 - Prohibited act; penalty(a) A person who violates a provision of § 13-2002, § 13-2003, or § 13-2004 of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.(b) Each day that a person violates this section is a separate violation.
