Section 13-2001 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "County commissioners" means the Board of County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County.(c) "Permit" means: (1) a multiple gaming device permit issued under § 13-2003 of this subtitle; or(2) a raffle permit issued under § 13-2004 of this subtitle.(d)(1) "Raffle" means a lottery in which a prize is won by a person who buys a paper chance.(2) A "raffle" is not a multiple gaming device regulated under § 13-2003 of this subtitle unless run in conjunction with an event that requires a multiple gaming device permit.
