Section 13-201 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Gaming event" means a carnival, bazaar, or raffle.(c) "Qualified organization" means: (1) a volunteer fire company; or(2) a bona fide: (i) religious organization;(ii) fraternal organization;(iii) civic organization;(iv) war veterans' organization; or(v) charitable organization.
