Section 13-1809 - Bingo - Administrative provisions(a) The county shall: (1) adopt regulations for the conduct of bingo;(2) establish license fees, based on the administrative cost of regulating bingo and issuing each class of license; and(3) establish the hours of operation for bingo.(b) After a public hearing, the county may revoke a bingo license for failure of the holder to comply with this subtitle or regulations adopted under this subtitle.
