Section 13-1307 - Prohibited acts; penalty(a) A person may not knowingly violate § 13-1304 or § 13-1305 of this subtitle.(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.
