Section 10-611 - Killing of dog or cat - Prohibited means(a) A person may not kill or allow a dog or cat to be killed by use of: (1) a decompression chamber;(2) carbon monoxide gas; or(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $500.
