Section 5-725 - Board of Massage Therapy Examiners and persons cooperating therewith(a) In this section, "Board" means the State Board of Massage Therapy Examiners.(b) A person who acts in good faith and within the scope of the jurisdiction of the Board is not civilly liable for giving information to the Board or otherwise participating in its activities.Added by 2016 Md.
