Section 5-719 - State Board of Dietetic Practice and persons cooperating therewith(a) In this section, "Board" means the State Board of Dietetic Practice.(b) A person who acts in good faith and within the scope of the jurisdiction of the Board is not civilly liable for giving information to the Board or otherwise participating in its activities.Amended by 2013 Md.
