Section 5-702 - State Board of Environmental Health Specialists and persons cooperating therewith(a) In this section, "Board" means the State Board of Environmental Health Specialists.(b) A person who acts in good faith and within the scope of the jurisdiction of the Board is not civilly liable for giving information to the Board or otherwise participating in its activities.Amended by 2013 Md.
