Section 3-2407 - [Effective 10/1/2024]

(a) A person may not knowingly disclose a Program participant's actual address.

(b) A protected individual or the Office of Information Privacy may bring an action for a violation of this section for:

(1) Declaratory relief;

(2) Injunctive relief; or

(3) Reasonable attorney's fees.
