Section 3-1509 - Rules and forms(a) The Supreme Court of Maryland may adopt rules and forms to implement the provisions of this subtitle.(b)(1) The Supreme Court of Maryland shall adopt a form for a petition under this subtitle.(2) A petition form shall contain notice to a petitioner that an individual who knowingly provides false information in a petition filed under this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to the penalties specified in § 3-1503(d) of this subtitle.
