Section 2-5A-03 - Judicial personnel committee(a) There shall be a judicial personnel committee, with duties and powers as set forth in this subtitle.(b) The judicial personnel committee consists of three members, as follows: (1) The State Court Administrator;(2) The administrative judge of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City; and(3) The clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
