Section 13-502 - Composition and appointment of library committee; vacancies(a) The library committee consists of three or more persons appointed to serve without compensation by a majority of the justices of the Supreme Court of Maryland.(b) Vacancies in the library committee shall be filled by a majority of the justices of the Supreme Court of Maryland.
