Section 10-4A-01 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) The following words have the meanings stated in § 10-401 of this title:(3) Communications common carrier;(5) Electronic communication;(6) Electronic communication service;(7) Electronic communications system;(8) Electronic, mechanical, or other device;(11) Investigative or law enforcement officer;(12) Judge of competent jurisdiction;(15) Readily accessible to the general public;(c) "Remote computing service" means the provision to the public of computer storage or processing services by means of an electronic communications system.
