Section 1-603.2 - H Wayne Norman, Jr., Memorial Plaza

The plaza located on the south side of the Mary E. W. Risteau District Courts and Multi-Service Center in Harford County, Maryland, shall be named the H. Wayne Norman, Jr. Memorial Plaza.
