Section 8-109 - Commission on Correctional Standards - Quorum; meetings; compensation(a) A majority of the authorized membership of the Commission is a quorum.(b) The Commission shall meet at the times determined by the Commission or its chairperson.(c) A member of the Commission:(1) may not receive compensation for service on the Commission; but(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
