Section 8-101 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Approved standards" means the standards described in § 8-103(b) of this subtitle.(c) "Commission" means the Maryland Commission on Correctional Standards.(d) "Minimum mandatory standards" means the standards described in § 8-103(a) of this subtitle.
