Section 6-102 - Scope of subtitleThis subtitle does not apply to:
(1) an inmate retained in the custody of the Patuxent Institution for:(i) examination to determine if the inmate is an eligible person, as defined in § 4-101 of this article; or(ii) confinement as an eligible person under Title 4 of this article; or(2) a juvenile committed to the jurisdiction of the Department of Juvenile Services or an institution or facility under its jurisdiction.
