Section 3-213 - Assistant wardens(a) The Commissioner may appoint one or more assistant wardens for a correctional facility.(b) An assistant warden shall have the same qualifications as a warden.(c) An assistant warden serves at the pleasure of the Commissioner.(d) An assistant warden shall perform the duties of the warden in the absence of the warden.
