Section 9A-204 - Meetings; quorum; staff; compensation(a)(1) The Board shall meet once a month in a location and office provided by the State.(2) Special meetings of the Board may be held as the Board provides in its rules and regulations.(b) A majority of the members then serving on the Board is a quorum.(c) The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.(d) Subject to the State budget, each member of the Board is entitled to:(1) an annual salary of $3,600; and(2) reimbursement for reasonable expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations.
