Section 8-709 - License - Waiver and issuance(a) The Commission may grant a waiver to the requirement for a license only if the applicant: (1) pays the appropriate application fee; and(2) provides adequate evidence that the applicant:(i) meets the qualifications otherwise required by this subtitle; and(ii) has an active license from another state with licensing requirements that are at least equivalent to the licensing requirements of this State.(b) The Commission shall issue the license to each applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle and the regulations adopted under it.
