Section 20-501 - Prohibited acts(a) A buyer may not buy or offer to buy personal property from a minor.(b) If an automated purchasing machine cannot determine the serial number of an electronic device and the device is valued at $25 or more, the buyer may not purchase the electronic device.Added by 2014 Md.
