Section 17-922 - Acting as magazine seller without license(a) A person may not act as a nonresident itinerant magazine seller in Calvert County unless the person has a magazine seller license.(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine not exceeding $300.
