Section 15-209 - Computerized record-keeping system(a) An innkeeper shall establish and maintain a computerized record-keeping system of all guest transactions and receipts.(b) A record maintained in accordance with this section shall be retained by the innkeeper for not less than 6 months after the date of the creation of the record.Added by 2022 Md.
