Section 8-309 - Certificate - ReinstatementThe Board shall reinstate the certificate of an interior designer who has failed to renew the certificate for any reason if the interior designer:
(1) meets the renewal requirements under § 8-307 of this subtitle;(2) pays to the Board the reinstatement fee as set by the Board;(3) submits to the Board a reinstatement application on the form that the Board provides; and(4) earns two continuing education units in courses approved by the Board in a 2-year period immediately preceding the request for reinstatement.
