Section 8-204 - Quorum; meetings; compensation; staff(a) A majority of the members then serving on the Board is a quorum.(b) The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings and hearings.(c) A member of the Board: (1) may not receive compensation; but(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.(d) The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.
