Section 7-313 - Reinstatement of revoked license(a) Subject to any regulation that the Board adopts, the Board may reinstate a license that has been revoked.(b) A license may be reinstated under this section only on:(1) the basis of evidence submitted to the Board after the revocation and not available, before the revocation, to the individual seeking reinstatement;(2) the affirmative vote of a majority of the authorized members of the Board; and(3) payment to the Board of a fee of $5.
